In 2009 Cherwell Safer Communities Partnership launched a Community TV initiative aimed at addressing fear of crime in the local area. 12 plasma screens were installed in key locations around Cherwell and will show a series of video clips, text messages and graphical displays not only on community safety but other public information messages.
